1. Introduction

Welcome to Supreme Scaffolding NZ. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all scaffolding hire, installation, and related services provided by Supreme Scaffolding NZ.

2. Services

Supreme Scaffolding NZ provides scaffolding hire, installation, and dismantling services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. All services are subject to availability and project assessment.

3. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit may be required before the commencement of services.
  • Payment is due as per the terms stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Safety and Compliance

  • Supreme Scaffolding NZ adheres to all New Zealand safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Clients must ensure a safe working environment and comply with all safety requirements while our scaffolding is in use.
  • Unauthorized modifications to our scaffolding structures are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

  • Supreme Scaffolding NZ is not liable for any damages, delays, or injuries resulting from improper use of scaffolding after installation.
  • Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the scaffolding while on-site.
  • Insurance coverage for scaffolding hire and related risks is the responsibility of the client.

6. Hire Period and Removal

  • The hire period begins upon installation and continues until dismantling.
  • Any extension beyond the agreed hire period may incur additional charges.
  • Supreme Scaffolding NZ reserves the right to remove scaffolding if payment obligations are not met.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the service date.

8. Changes to Terms

Supreme Scaffolding NZ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
